Shipping
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at support@blockheadshop.com to request a return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
2. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible. Please include all parts and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
3. The return address will be given to you when the return is requested.
4. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
Please note the following conditions:
• We are not responsible for items that are lost/damaged in transit or if the address provided was incorrect and was already shipped.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If the item is being returned due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
